Intel CEO: Windows 8 Not Fully Ready

Microsoft plans to release Windows 8 on 26 October. But the fact that even Intel's CEO said that the actual operating system is not yet fully ready.

Intel has long been known to be a partner of the software giant. Paul Otellini, CEO of Intel said unpreparedness OS Windows 8 during a meeting in Taiwan.
