Evaluation of Apple Maps, Apple Store Employees Deployed
United States - Apple reportedly maximize existing resources to improve their map application. That said, Apple Store employees were involved in the repair.
In order to repair went well each employee will first be equipped with the basic knowledge about the map, and at each store selected one employee who will be 'subject experts'. Any changes will reportedly be reported immediately through the Apple internal network.
Unclear as to what is meant help, but these employees could be required to conduct manually in the wrong spot, or it could be compared with Google Maps.
