RIM Coding Application Challenge BB10, 40 Hours Nonstop


For some developers, lingering in front of the computer to do the coding is something that is plural. But what would happen if these developers are challenged to make programming applications in 40 hours without stopping?

"The goal is to introduce, especially the SDK (software development kit) for BB10. Addition, the BlackBerry Jam is expected to motivate developers to include applications to store our application," said Noor Didiet, ina RIM BlackBerry Developer Evangelist, in Mercantile, jkt Friday night (10/19/2012).

These capabilities are being tested Research in Motion (RIM) BlackBerry JamHack Hackaton program through 2012. Yes, more than one hundred original developer ina challenged to create applications for the BlackBerry platform 10 for almost two days in a row.

Didiet claimed at registration, the number of developers who are interested in reaching 200. However, due to space constraints, ultimately only 110 people who passed the selection.

In an event held from Friday midnight or early Saturday, in Mercantile, jkt, all in attendance will be pitted developers the ability to be sent to Bangkok on a BlackBerry Jam event to be held in November next RIM.

He also added that the enthusiasm of the developers is not only coming from jkt, but also from a variety of areas such as bdg, sby, to mlg.

"Kick off the evening will start at 00.00 and finish at 12.00 noon Sunday. Though there's only one winner who will be the champion, but all developers who come here the application will be submitted to the app world we are," he said.

"His background also vary. Starting from students, independent developers, until a seasoned developer," said Didiet.
