Stop Panasonic TV Production (For Screen iPad)


Japan - Panasonic is rumored to be leaving the TV market. Correspondents say these electronics furniture manufacturers will stop producing TV and switch only made display.

Citing the data Nikkei, the Japanese stock market index for the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Reuters reported sales of Panasonic plasma TVs are expected to fall by half to 2.5 million units. While sales of LCD will show a minimum annual growth.

Reported by Reuters and quoted us, Thursday (18/10/2012), the Japanese company will stop producing LCD and plasma TV screens from next year. Instead, Panasonic will focus on making small or medium-sized screens for products like tablets.

Panasonic reportedly has sent an example of a high-resolution LCD displays to Apple. One of the speakers mentioned Panasonic, Apple seemed satisfied with the examples they see.

The market for gadgets assessed Panasonic display more lucrative than TV. This is because consumers increasingly like devices such as tablets dominated by Apple's iPad.

Supply displays for Apple is in the spotlight lately. It can interfere with the production of the iPhone and iPad. Speculation also becoming widespread, said Apple took more suppliers to display both the popular gadget.
